Baseball Outing - Terms and Conditions

PAYMENT DEADLINE: Payment for all tickets is due at the time of reservation.  If paying by check, payment MUST BE RECEIVED WITHIN 14 DAYS OF YOUR REGISTERING OR BY SEPETMBER 7, 2019 IF REGISTERING AFTER AUGUST 21st.  If payment is not received in time, your reservation may be cancelled and tickets offered for sale to others. 
TICKET DELIVERY: The physical tickets will not be available until approximately September 7th (2 weeks before the event).  When they are received, arrangements will be made to deliver your tickets to you. 
RETURNS;  Once purchased, there are no cancellations or returns accepted.  If your plans change, contact your Village Representative and we will do our best efforts to find someone else to take (buy) your tickets.  Our ability to do so will depend upon the number of tickets sold, and number of people on any waitlist.
EVENT CANCELLATION; In the event the game is cancelled by the Astro's, refunds will depend upon the actions of the Astro's organization which may include a cash refund or credit toward future ticket purchases. If the game is not cancelled, but for some reason our bus transportation is cancelled, we will make our best efforts to arrange alternative transportation.
