About The Flea Market

fleamarketThe Woodlands Flea Market is held twice a year (Spring and Fall) to provide residents of The Woodlands an opportunity to sell thier used goods and merchandise.  Individual garage sales are not permitted by the community covenants and deed restrictions.  The Flea market is also open to residents of other communities as well as commercial vendors.  However, the sale of firearms or animals is prohibited.

Proceeds from the sales of booth spaces are used to cover expenses and provide funding to the individual village associations in return for volunteer participation.

The Flea Market Event used to be managed by Panther Creek Village Association, but is now managed by a seperate 501(3) C entity.
